The Marketing Manager, ABM will execute strategic, highly personalized campaigns that accelerate account engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth for Perceptyx’s high potential Enterprise prospects. Partnering closely with sales and cross-functional teams, this role drives alignment, scalability, and measurable impact through data-driven ABM strategies and multi-channel execution.

Things You'll Do: 

Strategy & Planning 

● Execute a robust ABM strategy aligned with company goals for pipeline acceleration, new business acquisition, and ACV growth. 

● Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to identify and prioritize target accounts using tools like 6sense and Salesforce, establishing engagement prioritization and plans. 

● Help refine and evangelize our ABM framework across sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified, GTM strategy. 

Campaign Execution 

● Orchestrate and manage integrated, multi-channel campaigns that deliver personalized buying experiences for key accounts. You'll lead the full campaign lifecycle, from crafting targeted messaging to coordinating digital ads, email sequences, custom landing page builds, sales enablement resources, and more. 

● Partner with content and product marketing to map assets and messaging to buyer personas, verticals, and journey stages. 

Performance & Optimization 

● Relentlessly measure campaign performance, analyzing key metrics from account engagement to pipeline contribution, velocity, and ACV. You'll translate these insights into actionable recommendations that directly improve ROI and inform future strategy. 

Technology & Enablement 

● Leverage and optimize our ABM tech stack (Salesforce, 6sense, Hubspot, UserGems) to drive efficiency and performance. You’ll also play a critical role in evaluating new tools and enhancing our martech stack to support our growing ABM initiatives. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

● Act as a strategic partner to Account Executives, SDRs, and Demand Gen teams to ensure alignment on goals, targeting, and execution. 

● Collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams to deliver best-in-class campaign experiences that drive engagement and conversion.


Things You'll Bring:

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech/SaaS targeting Enterprise or upper Mid-market organizations with complex buying cycles 

● Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact; ideally 1+ year of hands on ABM execution 

● Strong understanding of account-based marketing, personalization tactics, and the B2B buyer journey 

● Hands-on experience with ABM and martech platforms including Salesforce, 6sense, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools 

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action 

● Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives with precision and attention to detail 

● Outstanding collaboration and communication skills; adept at aligning sales and marketing to shared goals
