Solutions Consultant
As a Solutions Consultant at Perceptyx, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the employee experience strategies of some of the world’s most prominent organizations. Partnering closely with CHROs and senior HR leaders, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping overcome complex workforce challenges and drive meaningful change within their organizations. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll align customer needs with the capabilities of our platform, translating vision into action. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure our solutions deliver real value. This role offers the opportunity to influence workplace cultures at scale and be part of an exciting phase of growth at Perceptyx.
Things You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges, requirements, and create great technical buyer-customer relationships.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations (virtually/ onsite) that showcase the unique features, benefits, and outcomes of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and account management team to align enterprise-level customer objectives and develop effective strategies for solution presentations.
- Support in building business cases and ROI-backed proposals.
- Support in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with comprehensive, clear, and accurate information.
- Provide consultative guidance to customers on best practices, technical aspects, and implementation strategies.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Leverage customer insights to influence the product roadmap, ensuring our solutions deliver real and measurable impact.
- Support Product Marketing in the ongoing development of new sales collateral and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.
Things You'll Bring:
- 4 + years in an enterprise, customer-facing role.
- A degree in business, I/O Psychology or a similar field.
- Previous experience in pre-sales/sales, consulting, product management, or customer success is required.
- Ability to establish credibility and build relationships with C-Suite and senior-level professionals.
- Take ownership of deliverables and bring to life great customer outcomes
- Able to rapidly problem-solve and react quickly and confidently in the moment. Adapting your style to both technical, non-technical audiences.
- Ability to think outside the box, bringing both technical and non-technical concepts to life in an engaging and thought-provoking way.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Compensation:
Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The annual salary range for the role is $120,000 - $140,000 USD plus commission. The above salary range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
