The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is a key player in our Business Operations team, responsible for the strategy, optimization, and management of our marketing technology stack, processes, and data. You'll be the go-to expert who ensures our marketing team can operate with maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. This role is a perfect fit for a data-driven leader who loves to solve complex problems and build scalable solutions that directly impact our business growth.

Things You'll Do: 
  • Lead the Marketing Tech Stack: Own the administration, integration, and optimization of our core marketing platforms, including our marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, LeanData, Zoominfo, 6sense), and other tools. You'll evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to enhance our capabilities.
  • Salesforce Administration & Support: Serve as one of the primary Salesforce administrators for our marketing and sales users. Manage and configure page layouts, custom fields, picklist values, and list views to support business needs. Collaborate with the GTM Systems Lead on larger projects, while independently managing routine administrative tasks to ensure the system is efficient and user-friendly.
  • Optimize Processes & Workflows: Design, document, and enforce scalable processes for lead management, campaign execution, and data governance. You will be instrumental in improving the handoff between marketing and sales, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey for prospects.
  • Drive Data Integrity & Analytics: Ensure data quality and cleanliness across our systems. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a holistic view of marketing performance, from lead to pipeline to revenue, enabling data-driven decision-making. Track key performance indicators, including campaign performance, lead volume, conversion rates, and marketing influence on pipeline. Ensure the seamless flow of data between Marketing tools and our CRM, Salesforce, maintaining data integrity across the tech stack.
  • Manage Campaigns & Projects: Oversee the operational execution of multi- channel marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, content, and events. You will work with marketing managers to set up campaigns for success, track performance, and report on results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and IT. You'll translate business objectives into technical requirements and ensure alignment on shared goals, metrics, and processes.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach junior marketing operations staff or serve as a subject matter expert for the broader marketing team. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Things You'll Bring:
  • You have5+ years of experience in a dedicated marketing operations role, with at least 2 years in a management or senior-level position.
  • You are a master of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and have deep experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights. You know how to build a clear and compelling narrative from raw data.
  • You are an exceptional project manager with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to execution.
  • You are a strategic thinker who can not only fix a problem but also anticipate future challenges and build proactive solutions.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the SaaS or B2B technology industry, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator credential (ADM-201) are a plus.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year) in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Work Experience: 5-7 years.
