Product Manager – Drive Innovation & Shape the Future

Are you passionate about building products that make an impact? Perceptyx is looking for a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and execution across our product lifecycle. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between customers, engineers, designers, and executives to ensure our solutions meet market needs, drive business growth, and deliver real value.

What you will do: 
  • Support business strategy by identifying new product enhancements, new revenue opportunities, or product positioning strategies.
  • Research the market to assess developing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Leverage competitive assessment to refine product direction and strategy.
  • Lead the definition and delivery of new product functionality by defining role-based journeys and use cases.
  • Apply expertise in survey development structure and logic, employee development processes, and data insights.
  • Define roadmaps to communicate high-level direction and sequence—articulate requirements as epics and user stories in collaboration with experience design and engineering.
  • Work with other cross-functional partners to enable deployment to production, support readiness, and customer delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing to define go-to-market strategies, and provide input for sales tools and assets to support pipeline development and customer acquisition (documentation, marketing materials, user guides, external roadmaps, etc.)
  • Measure product capability performance. Understand & influence product P&L, and drivers for product adoption and active use.
  • Keep current with compliance and relevant regulations affecting the marketplace and relevant product functionality requirements.
Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing SaaS-based applications and leading product management within the Work Tech space (e.g., HR Tech, Coaching Tech, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in any field that complements Product Management work.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution.
  • Intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit.
  • Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies and infrastructures.
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skillswritten, verbal, and presentation.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with diverse teams.

Compensation:

Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The annual salary range for the role is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
