Perceptyx is currently seeking a Principal Sales Enablement Manager who will be critical to the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales team. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales enablement strategies that equip our sales organization with the knowledge, tools, and training needed to succeed. In this highly strategic and influential position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine go-to-market (GTM) strategy, optimize sales processes, improve messaging, ensure accountability, and accelerate revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, strong instructional design and training experience, and a data-driven approach to enablement. This role is essential in ensuring that sales teams at Perceptyx are equipped with the right knowledge, strategies, and content to achieve and exceed their revenue targets. It provides a high degree of autonomy while collaborating across departments to drive sales success.

Essential Duties: 

  • Sales Training & Development: Design and lead sales training programs, from onboarding to ongoing skill development, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Content & Asset Creation: Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral, playbooks, competitive insights, and objection-handling guides that support the sales process.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Enhance sales cycle efficiency with best practices, competency models, role-based learning, and certification programs.
  • Technology & Tools Enablement: Equip sales teams with the knowledge to effectively use CRM, engagement platforms, and other tools for better pipeline management.
  • Sales Coaching & Support: Reinforce training with coaching, role-playing, and performance-driven exercises to elevate sales effectiveness.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Bridge sales, marketing, and product teams to maintain GTM alignment and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Performance Analysis & Improvement: Track key sales metrics (win rates, quota attainment, cycle length) to refine training and enablement strategies continuously.
Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in Sales Enablement, Training, or related roles within B2B SaaS or tech, with a preference for Enterprise B2B.
  • Strategic Impact: Proven success in designing and executing sales enablement programs that drive revenue, partnering with VP- and C-level executives.
  • Sales & GTM Expertise: Deep knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN); Force Management preferred.
  • Training & Content Development: Skilled in creating and delivering training through e-learning, workshops, and virtual sessions.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce (preferred), sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Showpad), CMS (e.g., Confluence), and LMS.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Solid ability to influence, work cross-functionally, and present insights to leadership.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical approach to measuring program impact and optimizing enablement strategies.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Thrives in scaling environments with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Compensation:

Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The annual salary range for the role is $150,000.00 - $160,000.00. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
