Are you a proven Programme Manager ready to take on increasingly complex challenges and help organizations make work better for their employees? As a Senior Programme Manager, you’ll lead sophisticated employee listening programs, manage programmes of increasing scope, and drive consistency across engagements. You’ll leverage your programme management expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality, high-impact results that help customers turn insights into action.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage and execute increasingly complex employee listening programmes across multiple project methodologies
  • Gather business requirements and guide customers on Perceptyx’s best practices
  • Proactively identify, analyse, and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery 
  • Optimise processes, demonstrating efficiency in managing timelines, deliverables, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and streamline delivery efficiency
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to proactively identify expansion opportunities and support scope alignment
  • Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to documentation, best practices, and enablement initiatives
  • Maintain organized programme documentation and track timelines using Certinia, Gainsight, and other tools

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 - 4+ years in programme or project management in SaaS, consulting, or related employee experience; enterprise customer experience preferred
  • Education: Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Proven success managing multiple complex programmes concurrently
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
  • Ability to balance independence with collaboration in a fast-moving environment
  • Tech-savviness and comfort with cross-functional collaboration

Annual Leave:
You are entitled to unlimited paid holiday during each holiday year.  This is inclusive of usual public holidays in England and Wales if that would be one of your normal working days or a day in lieu where we require you to work on a public holiday.

Pension:
The Company will provide such pension arrangements as are required by law, which it does currently through Royal London to which the Company contributes 3%, which can be subject to change.
