Perceptyx is looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Employee Experience (EX) Analyst to join our team for a four-month opportunity. In this role, you’ll turn employee survey data into clear, compelling insights that help our customers take meaningful action.

You’ll support consultants and project managers by building data visualizations, summarizing key insights, and preparing executive-ready presentations—bringing both numbers and narratives to life. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and a talent for making data actionable, we’d love to hear from you.

Things You'll Do: 
  • Collaborate with Perceptyx consultants and project managers to support key deliverables across employee experience survey programs.
     
  • Work with survey data to create charts, tables, and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
     
  • Analyze and summarize open-ended (qualitative) data to highlight key themes, sentiment, and verbatim examples.
     
  • Set up and export reporting outputs using the Perceptyx platform.
     
  • Conduct peer reviews and quality checks for formatting, accuracy, and narrative alignment in customer-facing materials.
     
  • Meet tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
     
  • Participate in team meetings, 1:1s, and contribute to process improvement discussions.
     
  • Share ideas and feedback that help enhance the way we deliver value to customers.

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a research, data, or analytics-related role.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Comfort working with both quantitative and qualitative data.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams or customer-facing environments is a plus.
Compensation:
Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The salary range for the role is £2,385  - 2,980 GBP monthly depending on skills and experience. The above salary range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.

Annual Leave:

You are entitled to unlimited paid holiday during each holiday year.  This is inclusive of usual public holidays in England and Wales if that would be one of your normal working days or a day in lieu where we require you to work on a public holiday.

Pension:

The Company will provide such pension arrangements as are required by law, which it does currently through Royal London to which the Company contributes 3%, which can be subject to change.
