As an Enterprise Account Executive at Perceptyx you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with large enterprise prospects to:

  • Effectively position Perceptyx’s portfolio of products to solve business problems & drive positive outcomes
  • Generate new business revenue growth
  • Exceed sales targets

Things You Will Do: 

  • Prospecting and Sales Cycle Management:
    • AEs are responsible for finding and engaging potential clients, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Relationship Building:
    • They build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, often at the executive level.
  • Strategic Account Planning:
    • AEs develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Solution/Value Selling:
    • They understand the client's needs and propose tailored solutions that address their complex business challenges.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • AEs negotiate contracts and ensure that agreements are in place to support client success.
  • Collaboration:
    • They work closely with other teams, including sales development, marketing, and customer success, to facilitate the sales process.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    • AEs track and report on their sales activities and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Staying Current:
    • They stay informed about industry trends and changes in the market to provide value-driven recommendations.

Qualifications: 

  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on consultative and solution-based selling.  
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and internal teams.  
  • Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.  
  • Negotiation: Proven negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales deals.  
  • Strategic Thinking: The capacity to think strategically, understand market trends, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.  Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts and sales activities simultaneously.  
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using it to make data-driven decisions and develop sales strategies.  
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.  Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • History of hitting or exceeding sales targets QoQ

Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year) 

Work Experience: 8-10 years.
